We accept most media types including CD-ROMs, Zip Disks, DVDs, floppy disks. The majority of submissions come on CD-ROMs. You can also email or ftp your file to us.
What type of files do you accept?
We accept most file types. It's best to submit camera ready artwork as a .PDF or .TIFF; though this is not always possible we can work from .JPG, .PNG, .GIF the important aspect of these file types is resolution. If you can't get the file type we need, we do specialize in logo recreation, though this can be inefficient when dealing with cost. We also accept native files from the following programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PageMaker, Corel Draw, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excell, Microsoft Publisher and a few others.
What should I know about CMYK versus Spot Color?
The most important thing to remember about the differences are to set your file up accordingly. If you want full color printing (CMYK), your pictures must all be CMYK or Grayscale, do not leave them RGB or Index Color. If you want spot color, say Pantone 356 and Pantone 295, build your file with those colors, and make sure they are SPOT not process. To determine if you have it correctly setup, print color separations on your laser printer. There should only be one spot plate for each spot color. If you still don't understand we can do it for you.
Are Proofs available?
We always feel more comfortable when you proof your job. A .PDF or paper proof will be provided.
